Also, during the development of features the test group were running these tests as a sign of progression or regression. The ultimate goal was to be able to perform all the steps from this ATP. Every developers knew these steps and were able to run it because it was also our testing procedure.

Sure here we have people running ATPs on site but usually what happened is that somebody find that something is broken and that is where the panic start.

I think it would be better to have a test group in each department(ex. CGF test group) that would be able to tell you in real-time that with build version X the ATP step number Y is failing.

These huge ATPs could be broken into small one for these groups and test locally without the need of site time and much earlier in the process.Simon Fryerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14061942279515410877noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4475294140341267440.post-54035574048071883022009-08-26T13:59:51.777-04:002009-08-26T13:59:51.777-04:00This comment has been removed by the author.Simon Fryerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14061942279515410877noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4475294140341267440.post-32511052700593003462009-08-26T10:40:36.864-04:002009-08-26T10:40:36.864-04:00You can pair program with Uncle Bob at the confere...You can pair program with Uncle Bob at the conference - if you dare!
